If you don’t qualify for federal financial assistance, you can apply for a plan directly through Kaiser Permanente using our secure online application. We’re here to help if you have any questions.

 

For plans with financial help

If you qualify for federal financial assistance to help pay your health plan premiums, your Kaiser Permanente plan will be administered by your state’s health benefit exchange.
